forgetting

Mitka:  "Do you know where the laundry key is?"
Yasha:  "Probably in my pocket."
Mitka:  "You forgot to hang it up.  I'm having an influence!"
Yasha:  "I think I've been forgetting to hang it up for a while now."
Mitka:  "And are still wearing the same pair of shorts?"
Yasha:  "Huh?"
